A coordinated investigation by the Specialized Investigations Division Gang Unit and Hermitage Precinct undercover detectives resulted in Wednesday night’s arrest of convicted drug felon Hertis Booth Jr., 29, on a number of drug, firearm and theft charges. Seized during the execution of a search warrant at Booth’s 1104 Berry Street home in Old Hickory were 7 guns, 3 of which were stolen and 1 of which is a National Firearms Act prohibited weapon. Also seized were 10 grams of meth, a small amount of heroin, and $936 cash.
Booth is being held in lieu of $75,000 bond. His prior felony drug convictions are out of Rutherford County.
